Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if they:

• Are unused and in their original condition;

• Have all original packaging and tags intact;

• Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used makeup products;

• Eyelashes that have been removed from their original packaging;

• Beauty products with broken safety seals;

• Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
